What if you are doing a Return?
What if you want to exchange?

90 days right for return 2 years claim period.
If you register your product in your HPHS account - get a total of 5 years of warranty
Start your return by scrolling down to the "Start your return" section.
How to return:
1. Find your order by ID and email
2. Choose the products you want to return
3. What is the reason? (Optional - exchange for another product)
4. Summary - Confirm your return
5. Wait for labels, or to be contacted by our Customer Support team
5. That's it!
What to do with the label:
1. Download and print the labels
2. Prepare a package and securely attach the labels to it
3. Drop the package off at your DHL location of choice. Find locations here:
If you are returning in the first 90 days of your purchase:
1. As soon as you finish with the return flow, you will get return labels. Print the labels, prepare and drop the package off at your preferred DHL location. Normally, this takes about XX days.
2. You will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed the return. Normally, this takes about XX days.
If you have exchanged your product within 90 days:
1. As soon as you finish with the return flow, you will get return labels. Print the labels, prepare and drop the package off at your preferred DHL location.
2. At the same time you will receive a new "Thank you for your order" email, indicating that we started working on your exchange order.
3. When we ship it, you will receive the standard "Order is on its way" email, and in the next couple of days you will receive your exchanged product.
If you have a claim:
1. As soon as you finish with the return flow, we will notify our Customer Support team.
2. They will send you an email with exact instructions. Make sure to provide a sufficient description for your claim, and to attach photos. Normally, this takes less than 1 working day.
